Jackie Kell

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Jackie has been supporting clients since 2013. She works with adults and adolescents, offering therapy both virtually and in person to provide accessible, flexible care

Jackie has extensive experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and life transitions. Much of her work focuses on helping clients process traumatic and stressful life experiences and navigate the symptoms that can follow, including anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and emotional overwhelm.

Jackie’s communication style is curious, open, and compassionate. She strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful change.
